TELECOMMUNICATIONS MODULE AND COMBINATION INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE TELECOMMUNICATIONS MODULE Abstract A telecommunications module has a front, a rear, a top, a bottom and two side faces. Contacts are exposed on the front face. The front face is exposed in a mounted state so as to allow the connection of wires and/or plugs with the contacts. At least one connector for receiving a complementary connector from the top, the bottom or a side, is provided on at least one of the top, the bottom and the side faces. Also provided is a combination that includes at least one telecommunications module and at least one carrier, which is adapted to allow the telecommunications module to be mounted thereon.
