The present relates to anti-inflammatory phytoconstituent derivatives derived from the gum resin of Boswellia serrata with ameliorated amounts of acetates of keto-beta-boswellic acid and less quantities of other boswellic acids and the incorporation of the same in oral dosage forms like tablets, capsules or, sachets useful in various inflammatory conditions.
