An automatic electronic intrusion detection and intimation system, utilizable in homesteads, commercial establishments or other secured areas, having atleast one multifunctional electronic shock sensor responsive to vibration or door open position occurring in the area of its installation and adapted to modify its programmed electrical output to detect and intimate the attempted intrusion through gsm or cdma phones to a set of pre-programmed phone numbers. A high beep sound along with flashing of surrounding lights is produced and simultaneously the dial card installed in the system activates and continuously dials the 4 numbers already programmed in the system and conveys the information intended to be intimated to the receiver or surveillance personnel as the case may be, to arrest the attempted intrusion, and continues the process until the user gives a command to terminate the same, when the modification meets a predetermined condition.
