Flush door consisting of wooden frame surrounding the plywood, three metal strips consisting of 10 holes which is fitted on the wooden frame, 6 holes provided for fitting of metal strips with wooden frame, using a unique arrangement of threaded nuts (made of iron or any other material having the metallic strength) and bolts (made of iron or any other material having the metallic strength), nuts having threaded parts on both upper and lower part which is firstly fitted in the wooden frame and then bolt used to fit metal strip which fits both in the wooden frame and then with the nuts, 18 threaded nuts and 18 bolts in total,6 threaded nuts and 6 bolts for each metal strips and 4 holes for fitting of the hinge with the metal strip and then the three hinges are fitted on the three metal strips all the three metal strips fitted on the wooden frame.
