An ore sintering method includes: preparing a raw material containing particulate ores, fluxes, and coke breeze; forming pseudo-particles by attaching adhering fines of the raw material onto coarse nuclei of the raw material through water and a viscous concentrated sweetener so as to form a sinter mix; and combusting the coke breeze to consolidate the sinter mix into a sinter cake.
