The Vertical blade propeller for boat and ship according to this invention is a system to improve efficiency and to reduce the time for travel and transportation. Vertical blade propeller for boat and ship comprises of number of blades (7) mounted on connecting plate (6), which revolves through and out of water along with levers (4,12). Levers (4,12) are pivoted to connecting plate at both ends, and rotate simultaneously with help of chain (9) and sprockets (8, 13).
