A motorcycle includes an engine unit and a pair of right and left footsteps. The engine unit includes an engine having a crank shaft, a belt type CVT, a clutch, an output shaft and a generator. The belt type CVT has a primary sheave, a secondary sheave shaft and a secondary sheave. The primary sheave is provided on one side of the crank shaft in a vehicle width direction. The clutch is provided on another side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the secondary sheave on the secondary sheave shaft. The output shaft is provided on a side opposite to the clutch on the secondary sheave shaft in the vehicle width direction.
