According to this invention there is provided a process for the preparation of Agave Americana comprising the steps of : 1) grinding driel leaves of Agave americana, 2) Subjecting the ground leaves of Agava americana to the step of extraction with methanol, 3) decanting the extract and removing the solvent, 4) diluting the extract with water and adding lead acetate and acetate acid thereto.
