Inhibitors for degradation of a physiologically active peptide with a digestive enzyme which comprise an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E as the active ingredient; viscosity-lowering agents for a digestive tract mucosa and/or mucus layers distributed thereon which comprise aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymers E as the active ingredient; and medicinal compositions for improving oral absorption which contain a physiologically active peptide and an aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E.
