The invention is based on cutting of soyabean in four pieces and the steam temperature given to soyabeans at 60 Celsius at stage First and Second and 70 Celsius at stage Third and Fourth before expelling oil Soya oil obtained by this process is a deep amber color with a distinct flavor with overtones of flavors both nutty and fruity.
