The client-specific information is captured by the information system directly from identification cards in mobile devices means of special short messages transmitted over a moble radio network, or is maintained and transferred to the information system by certain clients by means of Internet services, or is captured by the information system by means of special short messages transmitted over a mobile radio network onto new identification cards located in mobile devices or loads it by means of an identification cards programming device onto the new identification cards.
