A process of preparing silver-silver chloride electrode comprising: mixing 60-90% powdered silver with 40-10% powdered silver chloride, feeding the mixture into alloy steel die, a connecting silver rod is embedded in the mixture and is compacted, the compacted electrode is sintered, sintered electrode is rinsed and cleaned in ultrosonic bath, and then electrode is chloridised.
