The present invention relates to a class of novel orally administrable anti-diabetic compounds, process for producing them and therapeutic compositions containing the same. More particularly, this invention pertains to a new class of compounds effective against type I or IDDM (Juvenile onset) form of diabetes and administrable via oral route in the form of therapeutic composition. The subject invention also discloses a process for preparing the aforementioned novel class of compounds. (FIG. - nil)
