Because of this, the machine slants further which makes the second angle of the Gimballing system of the balloon which activates the silver oxide spraying system and open the silver oxide box. Due to this Silver Oxide, a heavy rainfall will occur on the land. Because of this silver oxide spraying the centrifugal effect of the cyclone will be destroyed.
