Application IN/PCT/2001/675/CHE published 2005-03-04, filed 2001-05-16
The present invention relates to a process for encapsulating a shear sensitive fill mass into a capsule, characterized in that said fill mass is hated and subsequently cooled, immediately prior to the encapsulation. The invention relates also to the capsules obtainable by the said process. The process according to the present invention enables to obtain capsules showing high and constant dissolution rates. The amount of active agent intake can be therefore reduced since the active agent itself is rapidly dissolved, The overall costs of the medicament arc thereby also reduced. The high homogeneity (and therefore the high and constant dissolution rate) of he capsules produced with the process cording to the presser invention guarantee a reproducible bioavailability and therapeutic effect of the active agent which is conned in it.
