Application 991/MUM/2000 published 2006-06-16, filed 2000-11-07
A Gas fired hot wter generator comprising a furnace (1) wherein a gas burner (2) develops the flame from the LPG cylinder or piped gas and the like. Water from the feed tank (4) enters the water jacket (5) at the bottom of the furnace (21) from outside thereby water gets hotter as it rises in the said jacket. Hereafter, water rises through the finned tubes (6) located above the furnace. As the exhaust gases pass over the finned tubes, water gets heated further and the energy present in the flue or exhaust gases is optionally utilized, resulting in achieving highest efficiency and lowest fuel running cost. The design itself is more compact and lighter. The hot water outlet (7) is at the top of the furnace and a temperature controller (8) is also provided inside the control panel (9) attached to the furnace. Drawing: 01 Sheet. Total Pages: 08.
