The Vegetable Cooling System comprising a rectangular chamber (1) mounted on a wooden plank (2) having insulated bodies on four sides (3,4,5 and 6) and sealable at the top (7); the said chamber comprises an uppermost compartment (8), middle compartment (9) and a lower compartment (10). The uppermost compartment comprises a cooling system which consists of a plurality of hollow aluminium cans (11) at space filled with flakes / crust ice vertically placed on a support rod (12) below which there are water collecting trays (13) placed on drain pipe header (14). The said middle compartment having a stackable rectangular vegetables tray (15) with perforation on its body containing vegetables (16), the said bottom compartment having a renewable silica gel or alumina (17) for moisture absorption; the chamber is silver finished nylon umbrella cloth (18) from outside on insulated foam 19. the chamber is provided with heavy metal bar (20) to seal the chamber with the base on all four sides at the bottom.
