The present invention is “improved quality casting process of jewellery at low cost” comprises of wax three venting design procedure- in which wax prototypes is prepared is prepared of all design and assemble them to make a wax which is placed flask and filled with powder to make powder mould which is placed in a furnace and heater for the wax to burnt and left over caving filled with molten gold during casting. Modified burnt out cyde : Wax is burnout in the furnace which melts away the wax and leftover wax is be vent into carbon, as the temperature reaches beyond 500Û&FDUERQVWDUWVR[LGL]LQJLQWR&2 Rediscovered burnout cycle :- In this cycle wax is completely carbonized at around 500Û&DQGUHPRYHwith an airjet after 3 ½ hour of burnout cycle and after 4 hours the tree is ready to be casted.
