A method of manufacturing Natural Fiber and Thermoset Composite Sheet/board and components comprising the steps of i) a resin of phenolic substances prepared by reacting phenol, monochloro phenol with formaldehyde in the molar ratio (0.9 to 1.5: 0.1 to 0.5 0.8 to 1.8) in presence of acid catalyst or phenol , monochloro phenol and Formaldehyde in the molar ratio ( 0.9 to 1.5 : 0.1 to 0.5 : 1.4 to 1.8) in presence of Alkaline Catalyst. ii) The said resin is dissolved in methanol and hardner; iii) The said resin solution mixture further admixed with filler and other additives to form a slurry; iv) The jute of any form of any fibre or mixture impregnated in the said slurry of steps (iii); v) The said impregnated jute of any form of ant fibre or mixture dried in oven at temperature 1000 to 400 C; vi) The said impregnated and dried jute of any form of any fibre or mixture cut into required size; vii) The said impregnated dried cut pieces of jute of any form of any fibre or mixture multilayered accordingly to requited thickness and pressed in the hydraulic press at a pressure 1 to 3 tons per square inches for a period of 5 to 30 minutes, at a temperature of 100 0 C 200 0C viii) The said pressed multilayered jute of any form of any fibre or mixture is trimmed to required size to form the Natural Fiber Thermoset Composite sheet! boards and components (FIG. - nil)
