The present invention describes a Multi-Utility Irrigation System designed in a manner that supplies liquid of any chosen composition for irrigation to a chosen site. It is simple, inexpensive, possible to sterilize, portable, light weight and requires no electrical power. The device of the present invention has a reservoir, connection tubing and a hand-piece, which is adaptable to various accessories. The accessories includes various nozzles which make the present device suitable for a number of applications, not limited to preparation of surgical fields, maintenance of oral hygiene, nasal irrigation for chronic nasal and sinus disease, irrigation of chronic, non-healing wounds and fungating tumors.
