The present invention concerns a blade for rotor craft rotors comprising a profile wherein between a leading edge (1 A) and a trailing edge (lB), an extrados (2) and an intrados (3) the camber of which is defined by the geometrical locus of points equidistant from them. In accordance with the invention, the ratio of the maximal thickness varies in a linear fashion with the relative thickness of the profile (1) and is in the range 0.13 to 0.19 for a relative thickness of 7% of the chord (C) and is in the range 0.18 to 0.24 for a relative thickness of 15% of the chord (C).
