The proposed Project Management is a powerful tool with innovative and unique algorithm design, which provides for simple and common inputs, and generates essential output reports for efficiently monitoring and controlling a project as shown in figure 1,2 1a, and 2a. However, high quality data inputs are essential both during initial data building and during status reporting. Quality of outputs depends on the accuracy of such inputs. The required and essential output reports will be generated during various stages of the project, thus enabling to monitor and successfully completing the project economically and efficiently.
