A device of Honing Machine comprises of fabricated Machine body, Honing Head and Job holding fixture sliding arrangement where the body of the machine is slant radius type aesthetically designed, Honing head comprises of the hob holding fixture sliding on two hardened bars through Linear motion Bearings with Feed and Pressure adjustment knob having a Spindle assembly with push rod passing through, linked at the rar to Rail through rail block is moving forward on pressing of the pedal linked through bridge assembly to the rail block while one electric motor derives the spindle through belt and pulley and the other electric motor drives the Crank mounted on the gear box to reciprocate the fixture sliding arrangement and the electric motors being controlled by the electric control panel with VFD which in turn is mounted on M S fabricated Body along with coolant arrangement and lubrication system.
