The invention relates to the process for preparing Bio-pesticide for controlling agricultural pests based on Neem and Cinnamon. A novel acaricide/fungicide derived from a neem/cinnamon extracts comprising neem oil which is substantially free of azadirachtin, said neem oil being prepared by cold pressing method and combining horticultural spray.
