We claim that the portable sugar silo for Truck loading, is a newly invented product with novel technicalities and usage with the advantageous of limiting air and water pollution while doing the work of unloading of sugar kind materials from ship to truck directly and reducing the wastage of material to nil while unloading takes place. We claim that the patent be granted to us, because it is new and novel invention which we have made to avoid inconvenience and difficulties faced with the present system. This invention is novelly designed hopper to unload sugar and other same kind of materials and to deliver the same by truck at the factory with out touching the ground. The materials from the ship will be loaded to the hopper by using the butterfly type closed grab crane. The truck will be positioned below the hopper The .2.MT. capacity jumbo bags will be hooked to the bag holding system provided with the hopper which will move upwards and downwards, using pneumatically operated cylinders. One the bags (2 bags at a time) are positioned the discharging valve gate will open using pneumatic cylinder. When the bag is filled, the valves will be closed. Timer can also be provided to close the valves by setting the time required for filling 2MT of sugar or any such kind materials. Once a set of 2 bags are filled the bag holders move downwards and the bag will be dehooked manually then the Truck will be repositioned for the second set of bag by moving forwards. The process will be repeated. The drawing of the bag holder is attached as figure to, as part of the Product. The number of bags will be minimum six per truck or more according to the capacity of the truck.
