A clinker breaker device for high temperature fluidized bed gasificationsystem, comprising: at least one water cooled hammer (01) rotatably disposed at a bottom center of a conical distributor (21) of a gasifier (23), a cooling water inlet pipe (20) rigidly connected to one end of the hammer (01); a hot water outlet pipe (03) having one end welded to the other end of the hammer (01); a first support means (04) supporting the inlet pipe (02), and having a first gland housing (05) to arrest leakage of ajr I air-stream mixture through an air plenum of the gasifier (23); a second support means (10) having one end secured to the air plenum (22), and having a second gland housing (13) to arrest leakage of water via the second housing (1.3); and a drive means (20) coupled to the water inlet pipe (02) via a solid shaft (19) welded therewith, thereby rotating the water inlet pipe (02) with the switching of the drive means (20) which in turn imparts a rotating motion to the hammer (01) enabling the hammer (01) to, break the agg1omerates present in the conical distributor (21) of the gasifier (23).
