An improved hot particle collection device for CFBC boilers essentially comprising a combustor system and an ash separator, said system having a primary air fan (1) for supplying flow of air to fluidized Material from the bottom of a separator (4), a secondary air fan (2) being provided for supplying air for secondary combustion of fuel at various elevation in said combustor which further supplies air for recycle device (8), fuel being fed at the lower elevation of combustor through a rotary air lock feeder (3) located at the lower elevation of the combustor; said combustor being water cooled with sufficient height to allow particle to burn in the combustor; a fed point (5) being provided for supplying feed material to the combustor against furnace pressure, said combustor being connected to said water cooled ash separator (6) as a part of evaporator to separate the particles, said separator being provided with a separator ash duct (7) being connected to the combustor and to a recycled device (8) for recycling the particles through suitable nozzle type air distributor (9); fly ash separator (10) being connected to the distributor plate (9) and the Combustor (4) to recycle the particle; a gas outlet (11) of suitable height and diameter is fitted to the combustor for the system to clean gas, a flue gas inlet of selected cross system being connected to said flue gas outlet duct (13) to recover the heat from the combustor and said discharge flue gas; said flue gas outlet duct being connected to the ash collector in the combustor coupled with an ash drain (1.4) provided at the bottom of said combustor.
