The invention discloses a rotating/fixed yarn guide system for a spinning machine comprising a tube (B) rotatably wounded on a spindle (S), said spindle being mounted on a spindle beam (SB) that rotates in a guiding bolster (GB) and a rolling element bearing (RB) having a yarn guide (G) fixed on the upper or inside face of inner race way of said rolling bearing (RB) so that as the yarn fleece emerging from the nip (F) of the drafting system is passed through the guide (G) and the tube is rotated, the yarn fleece is twisted into a yarn and gets wound on the tube by rotation of the yarn guide (G).
