The present invention provides a system and a method for testing of exhaust gas emissions from in-use specific two wheeler vehicles according to the present invention and provide results in mass emissions. The system for testing exhaust gas emissions from in-use two wheeler vehicles comprises a dynamometer having at least one roller to be engaged with the driven wheel of the vehicle to be tested; an exhaust gas analyzer adapted to be coupled with the exhaust gas analyzer for measuring mass emission from the data obtained from the gas analyzer.
