An improved power train system used in electrically operated road vehicle essentially comprising an integrated drive system having a controller, a Motor and a Gearbox; said controller further comprising of a controller housing and an electronic assembly; the said Motor further comprising of motor housing, a stator, a rotor and a Motor cover; the said Gearbox further comprising of z first Gearbox half, a second Gearbox half, a pair of primary gear, a pair of intermediate gears, a pair of final drive and a gear shifter; the said Controller housing being a mechanically sturdy casting with integrated heat dissipation housing by one or more fasteners which allow conduction of excess heat from said controller to the housing of said Motor and allows elimination of the electrical connections and provides desired environmental sealing; the said Motor housing being assembled to the said second Gearbox half to achieve compactness.
