An oropharyngeal device is required for insertion of Transoesophageal probe and endoscopes in intubated patients. The device consists of two limbs of unequal lengths attached to a handle. The anterior limb can move over the serrated portion of the handle to adjust the space required for inserting the probes, endoscopes and nasogastric tubes. This device provides unobstructed passage to Transoesophageal probes, Endoscopes, Nasogastric tubes, and Bronchoscopes.
