[Constitution] A front vehicle body 1 and a rear vehicle body 2, which are obtained by dividing a vehicle body in the front and rear, are provided, and the front vehicle body is connected ot the rear vehicle body 2 through a swinging joint mechanism so as to be swingable. The front vehicle body 1 is provided with a driver seat 10, and a swinging joint mechanism 12 which forms a Neidhart type damper is provided for the lower part of a front body frame 3. The joint mechanism 12 is connected to the rear vehicle body 2 by a joint shaft 13. The rear vehicle body 2 is provided with rear body frames 14 forming a step shape and extending in a front-rear direction. Lower parts 14a of the rear body frames 14 are provided with a step floor 17 which serves as a footrest part of a passenger P. The position of the footrest part is located between the swinging joint mechanism 12 and rear wheels 19. A front guard 15 extends upwardfrom the step floor 17, and a grip 16 protrudes in a rear direction from the intermediate part of the front guard 15. A passanger seat 22 is provided on upper parts 14c, and a power unit 18 is supported below the upper parts 14c so as to be swingable in an up-down direction.
