The present invention provides a charging and discharging jig for lithium polymer batteries comprising a plurality of through holes formed on a housing combined to a support so that contact pins of voltage-measuring polar plates and current-passing polar plates combined to the charging and discharging jig are inserted there into; an elastic unit formed between lower supports and the contact pins of the voltage- measuring polar plates and the current-passing polar plates so that the contact pins combined through the through holes are contacted to an electrode of the lithium polymer battery with a constant pressure; and a plurality of upper hooks formed above the contact pins to regulate elasticity of the elastic unit and contacted on above the through holes.
