The present invention relates to a stabiliser composition for thermoplastic resin compositions, especially for resin compositions based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), that comprises calcium hydroxide or calcium oxide or a mixture of calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide, at least one -diketone or a salt of a -diketone or a mixture thereof and at least one hydroxyl-group-containing isocyanurate or a mixture of two or more hydroxyl group-containing isocyanurates, wherein component B contains less than 33 % by weight, based on component B, of acetylacetone or a salt of acetylacetone or a mixture thereof.
