An improved low temperature valve with cooler jacket adaptable to high temperature usage, comprising : - a body (1) having at least one flange (2) at both ends covered with a metallic jacket (4) maintaining a gap (5) between the body (1) and the jacket (4) for passage of water flow into an internal space of the gap (5), a plurality of vanes (6) being configured on the body (1) through which the water circulation quenches the entire outside surface of the valve body (1), the cooled water entering the jacket (4) through an inlet (8) and after passing via the gap (5) leaves the jacket (4) though an outlet (9); and a stem (10) and a disc (Ii) mounted rigidly on the body (1) at a middle opening (3) to regulate and adjust the flow media inside the valve, the upward and downward movement of the stem (10) being controlled by a screw and thread means through clockwise movement of the disc (11) causing downward movement of the stem (10), and via an anticlockwise movement of the disc (11) activating an upward movement of the stem (10).
