AN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TRACKING AUDIENCES IN CINEMA THEATRES

A system for tracking audiences in cinema theatres is disclosed. Each seat is provided with a sensor which is actuated when a person occupies the seat and a sensing signal is generated. All the signals received from occupied seats are collated in a central processing unit and a computed single is sent to a remotely located tracking server.
