In an apparatus comprising of a non-circular bilateral hammering units on which a strip of resin coated tin or a similar sheet material is realsibly fixed into preferably in the rectangular form so as to form a multigrooved article, the material fixed on the hammer structure is subjected to pressure there against by means of a pushing unit in a specified angle including at least two pairs of pushing units. The product being a metal strip out of said process is slightly elliptical on both lateral faces used for strengthening the suitcases and housed inside the peripheral upright structures of the suitcases along with the metal rim wires used for the same.
