The invention relates to device for hearing or cooling a componeat part, especially a steering wheel for a motor vehicle. The inventive device is characterized in that it comprises at least one heat exchanger device (9) through which a heat transfer fluid can flow. This makes it possible to easily integrate the device into the component part thus resulting in the ability to quickly modify the temperature of the component part.
