ABSTRACT A process for preparing crack resistant fibre mixed cement comprising grinding 95-98% clinker, fly ash and/or slag with 2-5% gypsum, wherein 0.001- 2.0% fibre is mixed by air pressure in a tube upto 15-35%, thereafter said mixture is dropped/transferred in a silo having blender to further homogenize the mixture to obtain crack resistant fibre mixed cement.
