A plastic and paper separating machine (1) consisting a vertical rotor (2) rotablly mounted at the base portion of the chamber (3) having inner perforated sheets (4) surrounding the chamber and four square shapes rods-stoppers positioned at 90º apart (5) to each and provided close to the rotor, thereis an outlet at one side (6) having dual arrangements for outletting pulp through the butterfly valve (7) and a screw door (8) for removing dried plastic chips; the said chamber is provided at the top an opening (9) for dropping that plastic adhered pulp, closable by a lid (10); there is further provided tap connection (11) at the top for pouring water; the rotor is operated by means of motor (12) and popully drive (13).
