A process for manufacture of fully water-soluble fertilizer grades" This invention relates to a novel process for continuous production of fully water-soluble grade fertilizers consisting of potassium nitrate, potassium phosphate and ammonium phosphates and their combinations with or without further fertilizer additives such as urea etc. conforming to international standards applicable for fully water-soluble fertilizer grades. The objectives of the invention address the basic requirements of producing soluble grade fertilizers without solvent extraction steps, expensive purification process steps. The reactions are carried out at ambient conditions and fairly high pH with requirement of only simple materials of construction and without any heat inputs except for crystallization steps. This object is achieved by the present invention which relates to novel processes for producing potassium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate and mono ammonium phosphate.
