In an inclination sensor for detecting an inclination of a casing 4 by detecting an inclination of a pendulum 2 axially supported at inside of a casing 4, by loosely fitting a ball 3 to a free end portion of the pendulum 2, a movement of the pendulum 2 is governed by the ball 3 having a small friction resistance with a rolling face 16. Therefore, a movement of the ball 3 having a high response is reflected to the movement of the pendulum 2 as it is to stabilize a detecting angle.
