A safety valve in a stove comprising:a metallic cover (A) having near open end, said end being tightened by threads (Q) with the threads being provided on stove at a location from where oil is filled: said metallic cover (A) having metallic projections (L), so as to grip the metallic cover; a vertical metallic rod (B) of predetermined length projects outward from said metallic cover (A); a weight (c) capable of being tightened inside said rod (B) with threads (D); a spring (E) having predetermined number of coils being placed under said weight (c); a metallic piece (f) being attached to bottom of said spring (E); a rubber or plastic piece (G) being permanently attached to said metallic peice (F); a hole (J) being provided in vertical wall of said vertical metallic rod (B); a knob (K) adapted to be fixed in a hole (I) in the vertical wall of said vertical metallic rod (B).
