A system for verifying, authenticating, and processing membership information to generation a selectively approved searchable membership database, viewable through a computer information network, such as the internet. Membership verification includes a first processing unit (200) for transmitting data to a second processing unit (204) for verifying the information with a third party (212). A digital video lab (308) processes raw audio and video data provided by a member (304) to create a biometric file for authentication and to identity unique biometric authentication via retinal scan, voice recognition, or the like. An interface module (120) may be used to record and deliver selected video on demand, live video, and display the video/audio files indexed with the biometric identifiers. A bandwidth scheduling module (130) improves video quality and a calendaring module creates and stores audit logs to improve member accountability and content control.
