Normally benzenesulphonyl-urea compositions were being used for treating blood sugar. Administration of insulin through I.V route is also resorted to which, however, possess difficulties in case of young children. In certain instances prolonged use of insulin has been found to grow resistance thereto and this may lead to dialysis and invariably pancreas or kidney gets affected.
