Disclosed are compositions for dispersion of a fat-soluble vitamin to give a clear, stable solution of the vitamin; the compositions comprising the vitamin, an alcohol, a surfactant, and water. Also disclosed are dried powder compositions comprising a fat-soluble vitamin which upon mixing with an aqueous solutions forms an isotropic transparent solution, said compositions comprising the vitamin, an oil, a surfactant, and a sugar alcohol (FIG. - 1)
