This invention relates to production of electricity through absorber and the method thereof form moving wind/water. The device comprises absorber, compressed air tank [CAT], releaser, water tank [at ground], main tank [at height], generator, pipes of different diameters and rollers. The device improved efficiency in production of electricity and the energy gained by the absorber is stored by converting into the form of compressed air at low pressure. It maintains smooth flow of energy irrespective of wind speed. The device comprising mechanism for compressing air attached to roller of the absorber, mechanism for releasing air pressure from releaser after use, mechanism for releasing air pressure to the releaser and releasing water from height t the blade of the generator. The absorber is used in all flying object. The efficiency of the system is directly proportional to the percentage of the plank area to the whole area-friction + bottleneck effect-forces for the movement of the planks and winds opposition.
