HIGH SPEED SPINNING MACHINE WITH YARN PACKAGE WINDING MECHANISM SEPARATED FROM TWISTING ASSEMBLY
Application 387/CHE/2004 published 2006-04-28, filed 2004-04-28
The invention essentially and drastically changes the accepted and known art of winding the yarn formed in the spinning process over a cop fitted to the same spindle, which drives the traveler through the yarn. The invention is based on the objective of making the ring spinning process with increased spindle speed to be facilitated by separating the package winding process from the spindle and by reducing the ring diameter. In the first version, normal or conical spindle along with ring of reduced diameter and traveler are proposed. Another version uses a spindle with a partially rotatable twister pin. Another apparatus as per this invention is a twister hollow spindle with a twisting arm and a cap or a curved twister arm to impart twist to yarn without ring- traveler assembly.
